Basic Job Description:
Drivers on Demand, LLC is seeking an experienced Class A CDL driver to take runs out of Colorado Springs, Pueblo and Denver. Runs typically are out between 3 and 5 days. A typical run would leave Monday and return sometime between Wednesday and Friday. Runs that return Wednesday or earlier often have a short run added that will last until Friday. Although most runs are regional, local runs may also be added to drivers that return before Friday. If you’re looking for good pay, equipment work environment, you may have found your home!
Hours: Most runs are Monday-Friday. Start times are anywhere from 6:30 am to 7:30 am. Drivers are usually out 3, 4, or 5 days.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a Class A CDL license and have a minimum of 2 or more years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
- Drivers need to be able to back a 53′ trailer into tight spots when needed.
- No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years.
- Should be willing to help unload when needed (most freight is no touch).
- No Major accidents (DOT REPORTABLE) in the last 3 years where you were ticketed and found to be at fault.
- Looking good customer service skills.
- You should be able to drive a manual transmission and have nor manual restrictions on your CDL.
- No DUI/Drug related history withing the last 7 years.
- Must have the ability to get on Military bases or Federal buildings for delivery.
